HQ Team
ACCOUNTING
-
Responsible for financial & management accounts reporting and managing day-to-day accounting operations.
-
Responsible for timely collection of accounts receivable and optimising vendor payment processes.
-
Suggest and sourcing for SMEs grant to support business operations.
-
Perform GST reconciliation and submission
-
Make sure Inventory is accurate with Account
HUMAN RESOURCE
-
Perform monthly payroll ( 2 payment cycles), CPF submission and annual income tax and all staff benefit claims
-
Handling recruitment and interview arrangement
-
Processing work pass renewal, application and admin related
-
Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
With F&B accounting and HR experience is preferred
-
Able to communicate in Mandarin - in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
-
Experience with Xero and Justlogin system will be an advantage
-
Proactive, responsive, attentive and willing to learn.
-
Salary will be commensurate base on qualification and experience
Operations
RESPONSIBILITY

Cook quality food

Assist in creating new food cuisine

Ensure sufficient inventory and keep it fresh

Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standard

Ensure all the equipment are well maintained

Experience in Brunch style cooking is preferred

RESPONSIBILITY / TRAINING

Event / Office Bar / Cafe Operation: To ensure that all operational duties by the team are completed on a daily schedule, ahead of time, efficiently and effectively.

Barista Skills: Prepare coffee and other drinks in the menu according to SOP and ensuring quality is consistent at all times.

Team Work: Create a positive working environment, providing efficient and friendly service whilst ensuring total quality experience for both customers and staff alike

Customer Service: To provide excellent customer service and management and to ensure that all your staff understands the importance of such standards.
